The New Jersey Psychological Association (NJPA) is the professional organization representing over 2,100 psychologists throughout the state. We provide information and resources for the public and professionals in the mental health community that can improve lives, families, workplaces, communities, and practices. Our members provide a wide variety of services to individuals, groups, couples, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. They utilize a range of theoretical practices including, but not limited to, analytic, cognitive, family systems, and behavior modification, and provide techniques including biofeedback, DBT, EMDR and hypnotherapy. In addition to psychotherapy, we have referrals to psychologists who provide testing and evaluation services for a broad array of concerns including employment, ADD/ADHD, educational, learning disorders and school-related, custody and parenting time, personal injury, dementia and Alzheimers, autism, PDD and Asperger's, and surgical.
